We as a team operate by the Agile-Sprint delivery model and develop most of our applications using the Microservices paradigm.

Led a team of 6 to conceptualize, develop, deploy and enhance solutions for Retail Banking group of a major Middle eastern bank leveraging IBM BPM platform. We integrated with the bank’s core banking solution (Oracle Flexcube), microservices (Java Spring Boot) central document management repository (EDMS) and common UI layer (AngularJS). I was spearheading the migration from IBM BPM to IBM BAW. We were responsible for creating the process for 10 min credit card approval for the bank.

I was leading a team of 11 developers and business analysts to design and develop proposals for new product implementations for a major Banking customer in the USA. We leveraged IBM BPM, Oracle Database, Java, Shell scripting and Automated Testing to create workflow solutions to automate Middle-office and Back-office operations. Our team was responsible for responding to new RFPs. We were the primary contact for interaction with TCS BPM COE for establishing and enforcing standards and rigor.

I was the lead developer working with 2 other developers to create, maintain and enhance frameworks and libraries that were leveraged by teams across the bank to develop IBM BPM workflows. We extensively leveraged IBM BPM platform. Coach and Coach Views, AngularJS, DOJO, Java and Oracle Stored Procedures to create our libraries and frameworks. I was also leading the bank’s COE for IBM BPM platform and was the SME for the same.

Developer - Lombardi Teamworks

I was a developer on the Lombardi Teamworks platform working in a team of 20 developers, testers and architects to develop digital onboarding solutions for a maor UK regulator. We also used Weblogic Server extensively to create the end-user portal and aid SSO. As part of the initiative we developed a number of applications for applying for new business operations across the UK region. I was the sole responsible party for creating and maintaining the module for all PDF generation using Apache FOP across the project.
